Every year there are those select celebs that make us gather around our TV, a magazine or the big screen just to see what they are wearing. This year, making our list wasn't easy, but we did it! Check out Singer22's Best Dressed of 2010 and how you can get their looks for yourself! Gossip Girl, Blake Lively, was a no brainer when compiling our list of the year’s most stylish celebs.
