For most of us on the East Coast, the temperatures have been dropping and the air is crisp and cold. Unlike many people, the cold temperatures don’t necessarily bother us too much, but lately we’ve been itching to have the sand in our toes and the sun on our backs.

Given the holiday season (can’t believe it’s already here!) many people start planning tropical vacations or spring breaks to escape the winter weather in exchange for a week or two in the sun. Believe it or not, Thanksgiving is just a few days away! It's crazy how fast the time is going but I cannot be more excited for Thanksgiving. Besides my birthday (yes, I count that as a holiday) and Christmas, Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday because I'm a huge foodie and there's obviously tons of food. The one dilemma I face is whether or not to get dressed up or stay comfy. My personal choice is to be comfortable because I like to just hang around all day and eat myself into a food coma. I’ve never been one of those people who wait until the day before to run up and down the aisles of Party City just hoping to get any costume left. So this year be good and plan ahead!
