These are the Wonder Years and it’s time to grab your friends and make some memories. With the 70s trend in full effect, dressing up your wardrobe has never been more fun. I am digging the disco pants that Georgie has created. They’re a fun print but not too crazy for anyone to pull off. Styles of the 70s are full of soft, flowy dresses that hug your body in all the right places. That’s why dresses like the ones above by Insight and Blue Life are easy choices for your summer style. If you were to get one key piece for summer, I think it should be the Foley + Corinna leather fringe jacket. This jacket is amazing and can top off any outfit adding a touch of trend without going over the top. Of course, you can always top things off with a fun Eugenia Kim hat like the one above. And let’s not forget about the cutie in your life. Hit up the SINGER22 Men’s Store to deck your dude out in summer style.
I like it, I love it, I want some more of it: LACE. The ultimate balance of the hottest trend, lace, is to be romantic but not over-girly. When wearing lace you want to be sensual but not too sexy. The lace isn’t an added detail of a garment, it is the garment. Dare to wear your lace with not a slip under it, but a swim suit or body suit…Just be sure to keep the cut a little more relaxed or the hem a little longer to maintain that aforementioned balance. Lace no longer has to be worn and followed by “Here Comes The Bride”. Take your lace look from bridal to summer chic by shopping the trend here: Nightcap ~ Foley + Corinna ~Torn by Ronny Kobo

I always love when a picture of Kate Bosworth surfaces because her style is always fresh. She's got a southern California vibe about her that's easy and effortless. Kate always looks comfortable, yet stylish and I think stealing her style is easy and perfect for any girl on the go.

You can get the 70′s look easily with the right accessories. Handbags with fringe, studs, earth tones, and/or bronze detailing are a great accessory to bring the 70′s style into your look. Celebrities like Vanessa Hudgens and Fergie are Celobella fans, the fun, detailed bags are great to accessorize with simple outfits. Celebs like Kourtney Kardashian and sister Kendall Jenner have been spotted with the Stella + Jamie Sue Fringe bag. These trendy bags can add a great 70′s look to any outfit whether you’re pairing it with a modern outfit, something 70′s inspired, or something simple and casual.

I have been loving SomethingNavy’s blog so much lately. Her effortless street style always hits the spot. The best part about her blog? She almost always uses a hot item from Singer22 and shows what you can pair it with and how to wear it. Her style reminds me of a modern day Carrie Bradshaw.

I have “Eat, Pray, Love” on repeat lately. The overall style and feel of the movie gives me warm and fuzzy feelings. Just the music alone makes me feel like I am on vacation to a land far, far away. Julia Robert’s character (much like her own personality), dresses in effortless attire that’s aimed toward comfort and practicality. Her basic jeans and tee combo make a perfect pairing with the earthy, boho bag she’s carrying in the photo above. This look is very easy to get, and very enjoyable to wear. Who wants stress when you dress? When in doubt, a jean + tee combo always wins, and throwing on this fun Foley + Corinna bag is the icing on top of an already flawless look. Another reason why I love Foley + Corinna’s bags? They’re big, but don’t look too big, however they can hold your life in them. They’re light weight and can take a beating. Perfect for travel (to India, Rome or Bali perhaps?), these bags will last you a lifetime.

I had a fashion flashback today when the team over at “Equipment” pointed out that the python blouse we have on the site is very “Almost Famous.” It inspired me to do an entire post on one of the best movies of all time, and one of the best fashion era’s too. The 1970′s were all about free spirit, ease and effortlessness. Flowy tops, wide leg jeans and maxi dresses were a must have staple for every hipsters closet. The key to pulling off 70′s style is to own the look & don’t let the clothes wear you. Mix and match fringe with fur, floral with pops of color and don’t forget to always have a pair of cut off jean shorts handy. “Almost Famous” style is beyond perfect for any music festivals that you have to go to, or lazy days at the beach.

Summer is quickly approaching and what better way to show off your boho side than fashionining some fringe. We’re seeing a major comeback of 1970′s style and fringe was a wardrobe staple then, and it’s made it’s way back into the now. They key to wearing fringe is don’t try and dress it up too much. Kick back with some denim cut offs and rustic boots to take this look home.
