I can’t think of another holiday (besides Halloween) where people go all out dressing up for the occasion. Whenever I hear people talking about St. Patrick’s Day, images of green, glitter, gold and beer enter my mind. I don’t personally partake in the festivities that surround this holiday, but one person in my family does, and that would be my sister.

She goes on a hunt to find the perfect outfit weeks before St. Patrick’s Day. Side-note: I find this funny because we don’t have a drop of Irish blood in our family. I’m not sure why it’s a holiday where people decide to dress up, but if it makes you happy then go for it! If you’re going all out dressing up in a green-colored, cute and girly outfit then you can’t forget to paint your nails accordingly. Nothing would ruin your outfit more (besides spilling beer all over yourself) if your nails were clashing with this festive day.
