Men's VIP List
Both Women's & Men's VIP List
While a lot of people have been crushing over the 1970's hippie style (not that I haven't), I have especially been in love with looking like I just stepped out of the Sahara. Taking a note from every girls best friend, Sex & The City, I'm steering my summer style toward white linen pants, silky floral jackets and wonderful wedges. It's a look that's certain to take your wardrobe to the next level and it's as easy as 1, 2, 3 (4, 5).
1. Equipment Blouse: A must have item for every girls closet. Equipment's Signature blouse will carry your summer wardrobe and you can wear it with everything you own. It's light, comfortable and made from 100% silk.
2. Jeffrey Campbell Shoe: I love these open toed Jeffrey Campbell wedges. They're trendy but understated and you don't have to worry about your feet cramping up. I can wear my Jeffrey Campbell's all day through night and my feet feel friendly.
3. Eugenia Kim Hat: The simplicity of this hat makes it easy to pair. Shield your face from the summer sun with a trendy hat like this Eugenia Kim.
4. Current/Elliott Trouser: They're wide long, they're white and I absolutely love these Current/Elliott trousers!!! You can wear them at night, during the day as a swim suit cover, or during the day to brunch.
5. Winter Kate Jacket: The icing on the cake to this outfit is this Winter Kate jacket. It's light and flowy and will be the statement piece of your sahara summer style.
Now these are two trends we must tread carefully – mixed prints and animal print. Be careful with these two popular spring and summer trends! How do you avoid it? For animal prints, pair it with a solid color like a black blazer. And, if you want to mix some prints, select something subtle and not too bold.
In my previous blog post, I talked about how belts can give you an amazing shape. Well, here is a post dedicated to dresses and belts and how they can show off your greatest asset no matter what shape you are – your WAIST! Embrace it, dolls!
Go ahead – pick and choose the belts you like with their matching dresses. You know you want it…

Pair this rock and roll piece with a basic shirt dress like the Daftbird Button Back Tee Dress. Add a bit of spice with your basic apparel. Perfect for a casual yet chic day! Complete the look with a pair of ankle booties like the Zoe Bootie from Sam Edelman or sandals like the Arden sandal from ROSEGOLD and a fringe handbag like the Rav Fringe Bag from Stella & Jamie.
I had a fashion flashback today when the team over at “Equipment” pointed out that the python blouse we have on the site is very “Almost Famous.” It inspired me to do an entire post on one of the best movies of all time, and one of the best fashion era’s too. The 1970′s were all about free spirit, ease and effortlessness. Flowy tops, wide leg jeans and maxi dresses were a must have staple for every hipsters closet. The key to pulling off 70′s style is to own the look & don’t let the clothes wear you. Mix and match fringe with fur, floral with pops of color and don’t forget to always have a pair of cut off jean shorts handy. “Almost Famous” style is beyond perfect for any music festivals that you have to go to, or lazy days at the beach.

It may still be chilly and rainy in some places, but do not forget to stock up on your shorts for spring and summer! If I were you, I would get some unique and statement-worthy bottoms rather than denim. Of course, you can have your denim, but I want to take the cake and be unique with these colorful and printed shorts from Singer22. If you want to view the entire shorts collection, click here.
How exactly do you wear these shorts without looking overdone or overrated? It is all about simplicity and minimalism. Wear a top from Blue Life and complete the look with Tkees sandals or a pair of House of Harlow 1960 Baron Velvet Ballerina Flat.

The temps will soon be rising but that doesn’t mean you can’t still incorporate some edge into your warm weather wardrobe. I’ve rounded up the leather pieces I’m currently coveting and looking forward to mixing in with my Spring/Summer outfits. Spring and summer ensembles usually focus on bright colors or pastels. A leather piece is a great way to breakup bright colors and keep your outfits ultra cool.
1) Leather Jacket- Pair this Winter Kate jacket with your favorite maxi dress.
Leave it to a vegan to make the most appetizing fruit print around—Stella McCartney’s citrus celebration, paired with a tied-up D&G shirt and must-have wedges, invokes Carmen Miranda’s campy midcentury vibe in a very wearable way. The heels featured on Elle.com‘s Spring Forward Shopping Guide are from yours truly, Singer22.com.

Nicole Richie was spotted on her way to lunch in Paris earlier this month, looking chic and stylish during the city’s fashion week. This is such a different look for Nicole! I’m so used to seeing her in flowy, boho pieces from her line, Winter Kate. Either way, we are pretty much always crushing on Nicole’s style. What do you think of her Parisian look?
Nicole is wearing the Simone Red Leather Biker Jacket (Singer22 exclusive!) with her Jet by John Eshaya Hippie Fade skinnies. Just add a pair of sunglasses from her accessories line, House of Harlow 1960, to get her entire look– we like the Chelsea Cat Eye!

We spotted Rachel Bilson waiting outside of Chateau Marmont, Los Angeles looking super stylish and of-the-moment in a floral maxi dress. I’m SO loving her look in this photo! I think she has a great knack for bringing her own point of view to trendy pieces, like adding an edgy biker jacket to a feminine maxi. What do you guys think of Rachel’s outfit? How are you wearing your maxi this spring??
