Admit it, after the holidays come and go you feel exhausted. There’s no reason not to. In my house, especially during the holidays, we are constantly going from place to place celebrating birthdays, decorating the house, wrapping Christmas gifts, cleaning up after a party, eating tons of food, partying for New Years, etc. It’s important get your body back to a normal routine and feel rejuvenated.
