Fall In Love For Love And Lemons

If I were to create a line it would honestly be very similar to For Love and Lemons. I love how they used bells in a lot of their pieces. Bell bottoms, bell sleeved dresses, it's my favorite trend right now. I also loved how they took the really sexy ice skater dress they sold for winter and created a lighter more sweet/feminine version of it. They had the variety of super sexy mini dresses, open backs, lace, and then the more feminine sweeter side of them. Normally, I am not a bra person (A-Cup), but when I saw the bras they made, I couldn't help but imagine how sexy they would be under a sheer blouse (like the new Naven ones). Free People

The Free People collection is out of this world. Their concert tees are the softest things ever that include the unique long back but short front. The style looks awesome with the black Splendid leggings. The beige and charcoal thermal were my favorite looks with the Citizen bell bottoms. I love the casual laid back look - and Free People is made for that. The long aztec capes were super cozy and also looked great with a skinny jean. JBrand or Siwy are my favorite. I wouldn't wear it with a flare considering the length it hits. To me (and I think everyone else in the world), Friday's are the best day of the week.  They should feel anything but casual, because (in most offices) "Casual Fridays" gives fashionista's the time to shine.  "Casual Fridays" should be the day you can bring your personality into the work place and show off your great style.   The best part about this look is that it's perfect if you're fancying a date for happy hour.  Ditch the blazer, roll up the sleeves on your blouse and bust out those accessories to take your look around town.  I love wearing bright pops of color in the work place because they symbolize high energy. Basic tees and tanks are an essential for every girl's wardrobe, however, sometimes it's nice to have the comfort of a tee while staying stylish and trendy at the same time. There are a lot of basic styles being reinvented for a more stylish and edgy feel. Uneven hems a.k.a. Hi-Low Tops, are a huge trend today, they are soft and comfy but very fashion forward. Hooded tees are a great alternative to a hood in the upcoming warmer months. They give you the same comfort of a hoodie and not only are the light and airy, they look cuter for a spring or summer casual look. I had a fashion flashback today when the team over at "Equipment" pointed out that the python blouse we have on the site is very "Almost Famous." It inspired me to do an entire post on one of the best movies of all time, and one of the best fashion era's too.  The 1970's were all about free spirit, ease and effortlessness. Flowy tops, wide leg jeans and maxi dresses were a must have staple for every hipsters closet.  The key to pulling off 70's style is to own the look & don't let the clothes wear you.  Mix and match fringe with fur, floral with pops of color and don't forget to always have a pair of cut off jean shorts handy.
