Falling For You: Pre-Fall 2012 Sneak Preview!
While the men have Pitti Uomo this week, the ladies at SINGER22 are getting our fashion fix via the Pre-Fall 2012 collections that have been trickling in.
First up, let's talk shoes! The Mondrian-inspired Roksanda Illincic collection featured bright red wedges (images below, at left), which we instantly fell for. Luckily, the newly arrived punchy purple Rachel Zoe Kanye Wedges are the perfect way to steal the look. Pair with a matching mod mini or colorblock shift dress and you're ready for a trip to your nearest modern art museum!

Hot Hats
It's not often that Barbara and I shoot hats, but since fall is around the corner, the hats are coming out, and not just any had...Christy's Hats!! There wasn't just one type of hat in a bunch of different colors, there were so many styles, textures, colors, I want every single one. I could really picture each hat with a specific outfit in my head. I loved the rasta hats that hang off your head, they kept it feminine and minimal, and I also loved the newsboy hats. The rasta/bohemian hats are so cute with a pair of jeans and an oversized t-shirt (any of the concert Chaser Tee's), or even leggings (the Splendid ones are SO soft and thin), with an oversized Equipment button down. It's time to splash into summer SINGER22 style with all of the sexy swimwear we're getting in. The Mara Hoffman suit above is definitely one of my favorites. Not only can you wear this hot one piece as a suit, but toss on some cut off shorts and you can wear it as a cute top with a sheer blouse over it. Blue, Orange, Red, Green, Yellow. . . all great colors, all great options. But the one color that has me swooning for more is FUSCHIA! I love it, I can't get enough of it. Perfect for every skin tone this hot color is popping up all over the fashion charts and celebrities like Stephanie Pratt are being spotted everywhere in the hot color. Fuschia is perfect to pair with another hot color like orange, just like Stephanie did. Or, you can make the color it's own statement piece by dressing up in a Brian Lichtenberg piece. Perhaps you want to be more subtle with your color. You can also add pops of color to your outfit by wearing a hot fuschia sandal or bold blazer.

Simplify Your Look
I know that everyone's loving all the over-the-top trendiness right now--what with all the color blocking, boho layering, sky-high patterned platforms and more--but I just can't stop thinking about the perfect, simple, effortless look.
