These are the Wonder Years and it's time to grab your friends and make some memories. With the 70s trend in full effect, dressing up your wardrobe has never been more fun. I am digging the disco pants that Georgie has created. They're a fun print but not too crazy for anyone to pull off. Styles of the 70s are full of soft, flowy dresses that hug your body in all the right places. That's why dresses like the ones above by Insight and Blue Life are easy choices for your summer style. If you were to get one key piece for summer, I think it should be the Foley + Corinna leather fringe jacket. This jacket is amazing and can top off any outfit adding a touch of trend without going over the top. Of course, you can always top things off with a fun Eugenia Kim hat like the one above. An ...
Loving Lace
I like it, I love it, I want some more of it: LACE. The ultimate balance of the hottest trend, lace, is to be romantic but not over-girly. When wearing lace you want to be sensual but not too sexy. The lace isn't an added detail of a garment, it is the garment. Dare to wear your lace with not a slip under it, but a swim suit or body suit...Just be sure to keep the cut a little more relaxed or the hem a little longer to maintain that aforementioned balance. Lace no longer has to be worn and followed by "Here Comes The Bride". Take your lace look from bridal to summer chic by shopping the trend here: Nightcap ~ Foley + Corinna ~Torn by Ronny Kobo

Snag SomethingNavy's City Style
I have been loving SomethingNavy's blog so much lately. Her effortless street style always hits the spot. The best part about her blog? She almost always uses a hot item from Singer22 and shows what you can pair it with and how to wear it. Her style reminds me of a modern day Carrie Bradshaw.

Being "Almost Famous"
I had a fashion flashback today when the team over at "Equipment" pointed out that the python blouse we have on the site is very "Almost Famous." It inspired me to do an entire post on one of the best movies of all time, and one of the best fashion era's too. The 1970's were all about free spirit, ease and effortlessness. Flowy tops, wide leg jeans and maxi dresses were a must have staple for every hipsters closet. The key to pulling off 70's style is to own the look & don't let the clothes wear you. Mix and match fringe with fur, floral with pops of color and don't forget to always have a pair of cut off jean shorts handy. "Almost Famous" style is beyond perfect for any music festivals that you have to go to, or lazy days at the beach.

Fashion Some Fringe
Summer is quickly approaching and what better way to show off your boho side than fashionining some fringe. We're seeing a major comeback of 1970's style and fringe was a wardrobe staple then, and it's made it's way back into the now. They key to wearing fringe is don't try and dress it up too much. Kick back with some denim cut offs and rustic boots to take this look home.
