Drive me insane, Christopher Kane

The Christopher Kane show was by far the show at which to see and be seen this London fashion week. In addition to spotting Kanye West, Anna Wintour and Anna Dello Russo (wearing the most exquisite sequined ensemble I have ever seen), I saw some beautiful clothing that SINGER22 girls will be coveting for Spring 2012. Mr. Kane pulled out all the stops with this collection, including brocade detailing, origami folds, cutouts, sheers, decorated denim, jewel encrusted dresses and best of all- flat sandals!  Many of the looks were beautiful wisps of fabric whipped together to look effortless, a testament to Kane's skill. The cutouts and folds of the garments resembled angel wings at times, and the sheer pieces were ethereally gorgeous. The minimal make up and messy chignons were all emblema ...

Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent

Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent really surprised me this season. The styling from their lookbook totally inspired me. I loved how they paired their super cute woven suede sweater over the cami slip dress. I also loved how they paired a black hat with almost every look. I tried to pair most of the tops with a maxi skirt. I love that bohemian/witch look. Twelfth St. seemed to be inspired by that as well. I can't even get started on the Arizona fur vest. It is the perfect toning of colors and looks amazing over almost every dress made for the collection. I even tried it with a pair of JBrand skinny jeans and an oversize t-shirt and it fully changed the tone of the outfit (In a good way.) ...

Free People

The Free People collection is out of this world. Their concert tees are the softest things ever that include the unique long back but short front. The style looks awesome with the black Splendid leggings. The beige and charcoal thermal were my favorite looks with the Citizen bell bottoms. I love the casual laid back look - and Free People is made for that. The long aztec capes were super cozy and also looked great with a skinny jean. JBrand or Siwy are my favorite. I wouldn't wear it with a flare considering the length it hits. But my most favorite of the collection, were the two maxi dresses that were so different and so special, all while being super comfortable. I loved every little thing about them. I Yell, You Yell, We All Rebel Yell

Today was fun shooting all the comfy t-shirts and sweatshirts from Rebel Yell. It's always a fun day when we get to shoot the cozy clothes. I paired all of them with all the bright JBrands which I need to start getting into. I bought myself an orange pair and need to find a way to wear it. After trying on all the colored JBrands with the Rebel Yell t-shirts, I really loved the color blocking and the comfiness of it. I brought in the infamous Lita's and called it a day. I added a few of the Low Luv rings which I honestly could wear with absolutely anything and a tousled hair look. Since I could remember, Rebel Yell has been around and constantly coming out with great soft t-shirts and their signature R on the sleeve.
