Shipping Fees & Facts

Shipping is available on all orders over $200 free of charge to the continental United States via UPS Ground. Most orders ship out within 24-48 hours of when they are placed (Monday-Friday).

UPS Ground Shipping

Price: Free with orders over $200. Otherwise the shipping fee is $7.95 for orders under $200.
Terms: Excludes Hawaii & Alaska. Shipping Fees to Alaska and Hawaii start at $30 and increase as order total increases.

UPS Next Day Shipping

Price: Charges starts at $35.00 and increase as order total increases.
Terms: Ships out within 24 Hours.

UPS 2nd Day Shipping

Price: Charges starts at $20.00 and increase as order total increases.
Terms: Ships out within 24 Hours.

UPS Saturday Delivery

Price: Charges starts at $50.00 and increase as order total increases.
Terms: Only for orders placed Thursdays after 12:00 PM EST and Friday before 11:59 AM EST.

International Shipping

We ship directly to: Germany, Japan, Canada, Italy, France, The United Kingdom and Australia.

In order for us to process your order you must fax or email a copy of your passport and the front and back of your credit card to INFO@SINGER22.COM or fax to 516-626-1032. Once we receive these items we will be able to process your order. If we do not receive this information within 72 hours your order will be cancelled.

For all other international orders, please use our shipping partner: International Checkout.

Store Policies

Occasionally items may be out of stock. We make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out of stock inventory.

Pre-Orders

Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for preorder items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we can't control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Preorder items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund. We will accept cancellations on preorder items but for store credits only that can be used on future purchases(refunds will not be permitted).

Store Credit

To use your online store credit, simply place a new order online and in the comments section during checkout simply write "Apply store credit" and the total amount of your order will be adjusted once we receive the order.

Cancellations

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Returns & Exchanges

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All returned items will be given an internet store credit only, no exceptions.

Singer22 prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days and we will provide you with an online store credit (good for 1 year) or exchange (less shipping costs). Please do not return any sale merchandise as you will not be given a store credit.

A shipping fee of $9.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order which included free shipping ($9.95 for U.S. orders).

For items received past the 14 days there will be a 20% restocking fee. Please note returns for different sizes/colors etc. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased via the internet may not be returned to our retail stores.

Please note that refunds are not allowed.

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping. We do not accept returns on damaged merchandise. The order must be returned with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. SINGER22 will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed. Please include your order number. The order number can be found at the top of your receipt. (irissinger#_ _ _ _)

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

Web Credits

Upon receipt of returned items, meeting the requirements of our Return and Exchange Policy that determine a Web Credit, a customer will be issued a web credit. It is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on Singer22.com. To use your web credit simply place a new order online and in the comments section during checkout simply write "PLEASE APPLY MY WEBCREDIT"
