Shipping Fees & Facts

Please note we will not ship to PO Boxes whether for domestic or international orders; all shipping is done through UPS.

UPS Ground Shipping is available on all orders over $250 free of charge to the continental United States. Most orders ship out within 24-48 hours of when they are placed (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 10:00am Eastern Standard Time are typically shipped out the following business day.

The UPS 2 day shipping fee is $12.95 for orders under $750 and goes up depending on order total. UPS ground delivery fees are $6.95 on orders under $100 within the continental US.

UPS Next Day Shipping

Price: Charges start at $29.95 and increase as order total increases.
Terms: Ships out within 24-48 Hours.

UPS Saturday Delivery

Price: Charges start at $49.95 and increase as order total increases.
Terms: Only for orders placed Thursdays after 12:00 PM EST and Friday before 10:00 AM EST.

Inside Australia, India, New Zealand, Philippines, Spain, Turkey charges start at $34.95

In order for us to process your order you must fax or email a copy of your passport and the front and back of your credit card (we suggest blacking out all numbers except for the last 4 digits on the credit card) to ID@SINGER22.com or fax to 1-516-277-2642; be sure to include your order number on all documents. Once we receive these items we will be able to process your order. Once you are a verified customer you will not need to send us the information again, however if you change your method of payment we may need to verify the new information.

Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.  There may also be additional shipping fees charged once the package arrives in your country to facilitate delivery to you.  Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from SINGER22.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and we will ship with all the necessary paperwork legally required of us. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international Customers and Customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, to our international carriers, and this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift," but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

Refused Shipments - If you decide to refuse any shipments from SINGER22.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to SINGER22.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit.

Undeliverable Shipments - The carrier will make three attempts to deliver and collect any additional funds.  The package will then be considered abandoned.  If the items are returned to us we will provide you a store credit less any shipping and associated fees, if the item is NOT returned to us you will be responsible for all charges related to the abandoned package including the cost of the merchandise.

Store Policies

Occasionally items may be out of stock and if this happens on an order of multiple items we will ship the available items on the order.

Address Verification/Alternate Shipping Address
Address verification is a precautionary measure we take to ensure your safety and prevent fraud. Phone and online shopping does not allow us to request traditional forms of identification, e.g. a driver's license, like a standard walk-in retail outlet. Instead we conduct address verification though your credit/debit card issuer to confirm your identity and verify the validity of your purchase, thereby ultimately protecting your credit.

Both your billing and shipping addresses are verified before an order ships. If you would like to ship to an address other than your billing address, it is best to contact your card issuing bank and have your shipping address added as an alternate shipping address to your card. Simply let the card issuer know that you are placing a phone/online order and the retailer needs to verify the address before shipment to eliminate the possibility of fraudulent activity.

If your billing and shipping address do not match, we may require additional information to process your order. Orders requiring additional information may not only delay shipment, but we may sell out of the item prior to receiving the necessary information from you.

Orders with the same billing and shipping address or an alternate shipping address recognized by the card issuer will ship the quickest.

Pre-Orders
Coupon codes cannot be applied to pre-order items. Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for pre-order items due to unforeseen delays by the manufacturers. Please know that we cannot control the dates that are given to us by the manufacturers. Pre-order items are sold on a first come first serve basis. We will charge your card for the full amount when the order is placed. We will accept cancellations on preorder items, but for online credits only that can be used on future purchases. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a full refund.

Online Credits
Within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of returned items, a customer will be issued an online credit. It is valid for one year from the date issued and can be used to purchase products on SINGER22.com.

To use your online credit, simply place a new order and in the comments section during checkout simply write "PLEASE APPLY MY ONLINE CREDIT." The total amount of your order will be adjusted once we receive the order, it will not be reflected on your order until we adjust it.

Cancellations
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

Coupon Code Restrictions
Coupon codes cannot be used on J Brand.
Coupon codes cannot be used on Current Elliott.
Coupon codes cannot be used on House of Harlow 1960.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to Pre-Orders.
Coupon codes cannot be applied to Sale items.
Coupon codes cannot be combined.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note, refunds are not allowed. All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Allowable returned items will be given an online store credit only, no exceptions.

SINGER22.com prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and fulfilling customer orders accurately. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with an online store credit, good for 1 year, or exchange, less shipping costs.  Please note the "FINAL SALE" items listed above will not be accepted for return/exchange.

All full-price shoes may be exchanged for another size or a store credit as long as not worn and they are returned in the original shoe box. The original shoe box is not to be used as the means of return shipment, but it must be returned inside another shipping box. If original shoe box is damaged or not returned we will not accept the item for return and will return to the customer at their expense by charging the original credit card used for purchase.

Please do not return any sale or "FINAL SALE" merchandise, as you will not be given a store credit. Should you notice a shipping error you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt of the shipment. Items received after the 14 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted back.

A shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for exchanges. The original shipping fee will be deducted from the store credit for any order, those orders that originally shipped for free will be charged as well; $9.95 for U.S. orders. Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days.

Please note on returns for different sizes or colors the purchaser is responsible for shipping charges. Items purchased online may not be returned to our retail stores.

Returns must be in original condition, with all the original packaging, including the original invoice. SINGER22 will not accept any item returned with obvious signs of wear or with any of the original tags removed.

Please be sure to include your order ID and name on the outside of your return. The order ID can be found at the top of your packing slip.

We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.

SINGER22.com does not knowingly market to or knowingly solicit information from minors. Minors are ineligible to use our services, and we do not want minors to submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you can use this service only under the supervision of your parents or guardians. If a minor makes a purchase with their parents' credit card without authorization, Singer22.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. If a family member makes a purchase without the credit card holder's authorization, Singer22.com is not responsible for any refunds or returns. The cardholder will have to dispute the charge with their credit card company or with the family member who placed the order, and take any necessary precautions so that this will not happen.

There are no exceptions.
