I am honestly frightened for my sanity. I can not get enough of shoes, and where we shoot is literally the warehouse of shoes. Every where I turn, Jeffrey Campbell, Sam Edelman, Elizabeth and James, House of Harlow, Senso, it's true torture. While I give in to my torture, I happen to look fantastic in all my new purchases. It's no secret that Kate Bosworth is having a love affair with her AG Zipper Leggings in Perishing. She's been spotted on 3 separate occasions wearing the delicious denims, and that's just from what we've seen in pictures. Sorry I've been a little MIA - I had my wisdom teeth pulled on saturday (PAINFUL), but I made it in the day before to shoot some of the new pieces that had come in. I was so happy to walk into a dressing room of colorful bright summer mini dresses. I am a June baby, so to see these immediately struck the idea of birthday outfits. The Ani Lee strapless dresses are the perfect fit and honestly make anyone look sexy. It comes in this amazing orange which normally I would never go for, but once trying it on it was sort of a must-have in my wardrobe. Happy TGI(Casual) Friday! This week, I'm encouraging all the hard working fashionista's out there to bust out their boho side in the workplace. A floral dress that hits just below the knee is a perfect start to a casual Friday outfit. My rule of thumb on wearing dresses/skirts to work is that they must be longer than your fingertips (when held down at your side). But, when in doubt, always go with your guy and if the dress or skirt feels too short, it is! I'm not a big fan of wearing sleeveless in the workplace, so bringing out a green army jacket can be a very fun alternative to the boring black blazer. They should feel anything but casual, because (in most offices) "Casual Fridays" gives fashionista's the time to shine. "Casual Fridays" should be the day you can bring your personality into the work place and show off your great style. The best part about this look is that it's perfect if you're fancying a date for happy hour. Ditch the blazer, roll up the sleeves on your blouse and bust out those accessories to take your look around town. Spring Transitioning
Equipment, Equipment, Equipment. They have literally nailed EVERY single color in the crayon box. I want to eat them. Today we have been shooting all the pastels and the neons. It's fun to use these blouses because I love the whole trend of color blocking and toning. Greens with greens, browns with beiges. I honestly would wear anything with the new shoes I bought from here. The Sam Edelman booties with the fringe. I wear them now, but they are really going to be the perfect summer bootie.
