TWELFTH ST. BY CYNTHIA VINCENT

In 2003 Cynthia launched TWELFTH STREET BY CYNTHIA VINCENT. Named after the street she grew up on, the media immediately applauded TWELFTH STREETs irresistible combination of casual elegance and pitch perfect style. On-trend but never trendy, the collection became one of the fastest growing, must-have labels in the marketplace. From Sienna Miller to Ashley Olsen, the line instantly became a celebrity favorite. Cynthia added shoes to the TWELFTH STREET collection in 2003. Created out of the designers innate love of shoes and the desire to offer her customer high quality, beautifully designed footwear at prices comparable to her collection, the launch was a success. Just as the clothing received immediate attention, so did Cynthias heels, gladiators and ballerina flats. Scarlet Johanson, Nicole Ritchie and Liv Tyler are but a few of TWELFTH STREETs devout shoe shoppers. With the launch of handbags in Fall 2009, today TWELFTH STREET BY CYNTHIA VINCENT is a complete lifestyle collection. Drew Barrymore and Rachel Bilson have already been spotted with the bags, and if the past is any indication of what is to come, there is no measure to the success of the new handbag line.

Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent really surprised me this season. The styling from their lookbook totally inspired me. I loved how they paired their super cute woven suede sweater over the cami slip dress. I also loved how they paired a black hat with almost every look. I tried to pair most of the tops with a maxi skirt. I love that bohemian/witch look. Twelfth St. seemed to be inspired by that as well. I can't even get started on the Arizona fur vest. It is the perfect toning of colors and looks amazing over almost every dress made for the collection. I even tried it with a pair of JBrand skinny jeans and an oversize t-shirt and it fully changed the tone of the outfit (In a good way.) ...
