Here's the Skinny:
1. Make your collage on Polyvore.com using one picture of a celebrity you love.
2. Add an outfit inspired by the celebrity. Must have two or more items from singer22.com
3. Write a short description of the outfit and explain your inspiration
4. Send information and picture of the collage to jana@singer22.com
