For those of you like me who haven't heard about InstaRepost, it's an app that allows you to repost your favorite Instagram photos directly onto your own feed. And you need to download it…now. The latest tune heard in the studio is “Song for Zula” by the band Phosphorescent. Originally from Alabama, Matthew Houck, singer/composer of Phosphorescent, started recording and performing alternative/indie rock music in Athens, Georgia in the early 2000s.
After international touring, his most recent album, Muchacho, received numerous amounts of praise from critics and fans. “Phosphorescent is a Brooklyn band that hasn’t forgotten its Southern pedigree, creating washy psychedelia with a foothold in country-rock,” states the New York Times.

What are your clothes saying about you? Do you realize that your clothing is an extension of what you are and whom you portray? It’s not always easy to know because much like having smelled like you haven't taken a shower after a long workout or spinach is in your teeth, people are not likely to tell you when you are dressed inappropriately. The goal is to determine the ultimate message you want to send and for the most part, that message is simple: You want to appear like you can express yourself and that you ultimately belong. (more…)
Jennifer Zeuner’s inspiration is the “artsy, modern and confident girl†that doesn’t need to wear a statement necklace every day.  Her new collection fuses modern and wearable seamlessly.  It incorporates a lot of angular shapes in surprising ways.  This was achieved while still maintaining the collection’s trademark simplicity.  The pieces can speak for themselves or be layered.  The same piece can reflect a different mood when layered and/or worn differently. The jewelry allows women to be creative with it. The collection is not about a single statement piece. It’s about the conscious, personalized combination of different pieces.  Ultimately, it tells a story.
2. Is Jennifer Zeuner the main designer of the line?
Yes, every piece is 100 percent designed by Jennifer. She carefully draws out the pendants and then selects everything such as  the chain, chain length, finish and  stone.  Designing is the one aspect of the business that Jennifer fully controls and doesn't have anyone assist her with. At first, Jennifer did everything from the designing and selling to the shipping. Now her focus is mostly on designing.Â
3. What do you see for the future of Jennifer Zeuner?
In the future we hope to preserve the exclusivity of our rapidly growing brand. We want to be selective about our retailers and offer a high end product to the most exclusive stores worldwide. Also, we look forward to expanding our men's collection. A lot of men wear our pieces designed for women and they simply add an extension to the chain! Another possibility in the future is a collaboration with a style “icon.” It's in the works already so we are keeping our fingers crossed!Â
4. What is one thing that we don't know about your brand?
Our brand's aesthetic has evolved tremendously over time. Our first pieces, which were bought by Cameron Diaz, consisted mostly of very long beaded necklaces with wood and bone pendants. The look was very bohemian and resonated with our customers. However, after noticing an over-saturation of bohemian and beaded jewelry in the market, Jennifer chose to change the aesthetic completely.  Jennifer found inspiration in vintage Lanvin jewelry, and mid century modern furniture. The line's symbolic and meaningful pieces were now uber-modern and simple. The  line became much more classic and sophisticated. The metamorphosis was a huge success! Fast-forward eight years, the line is sold at high end retailers worldwide and loved by stylish celebrities such as Beyonce, Rihanna, Taylor Swift, Sarah Jessica Parker, Jennifer Lopez, Halle Berry, Selena Gomez, Jessica Alba, Miranda Kerr, Zoe Saldana and Alessandra Ambrosio amongst many others!

Just when we thought Vanessa Mooney did it all, she channeled her inner bohemian, beach bum to create the all new Summer 2013 “Under the Sea” collection. You won't find Ariel's trinkets here. No, this mermaid has gone rogue covered in bright golds and silvers adorned with crystals and edgy jewels.
The designer has created undeniably beautiful pieces that belong in every wardrobe. They are versatile and fun since you can easily to mix and match with items you already own. Don't even worry about over accessorizing because the more you layer and stack these pieces, the cooler they look. (more…)
Hope you’re all enjoying this extension of winter and know that the groundhog has been rightfully indicted (LOL). Check the news if you don’t know what I’m referring to. We’re all still bundled up in coats and scarves in NYC. Try a SMYTHE blazer under a detachable fur coat collar for a look similar to mine.
A ‘faux pas’, as I’m sure you all know, is the refined French way that we like to refer to a social blunder. Because everything sounds better in French, including our embarrassing fashion mishaps.
So how do you avoid becoming a Fashion Faux Pas victim? (more…)
Had a long week? This will make it all better. Miley Cyrus proves she is a unicorn and has killer dance moves all in one video.

Baked by Melissa. Three words that can grab my attention in less than a second. I'm a huge cupcake lover and what can be better than mini cupcakes with wacky, but oh-so-yummy flavors? If you have never experienced the euphoria of Baked by Melissa, then you need to re-evaluate every decision you've made about cupcakes…and life (just kidding, kind of).
Aside from cupcakes (and every other morsel of food) I love shopping, I mean, what girl doesn't? Let's be serious. So I decided to combine my love for cupcakes, sometimes referred to as cuppycakes, with fashion because what can be better than outfits that remind me of one of my favorite foods? (more…)
