Joy For Joie

I'm an avid fan of Joie–I own too many Joie pieces already, but it's not my fault!  I can't help but come back to this brand when I'm looking for something new.  Their silk garments are exquisitely made and their designs are always a mix between elegantly classic and totally on-trend.  Fall in love with Joie, you can shop them here! The Saunders top is a great update on a basic tank–dress it up or down! The Enriko B tank is a fab way to incorporate the boho thing everyone's loving, and the fabric is just sheer and floaty enough to keep you cool when the temperatures spike. I don't care if we've moved on past the military trend… I still love it!  And what better way to take it from Spring to Summer than with the stylish Soft Beverly Pant?  The grey color is gorgeous, and it's a really easy way to temper all the bright tops us fashionistas are stocking up on! Speaking of military–the Pendelton Fatigue Jacket is so awesome, it would look great layered over a floral dress, and it could take you right into fall.

Let's go beyond clothes for a second, here. Joie also nails it when designing shoes.  These are the perfect mix between sweet and sexy, and for those of us hesitant to try the "flatform" trend, the Higher and Higher sandal is a compromise between platform and flatform. Stripes are so right now, and this Violetta top is a great way to wear the trend.  Pair it with cutoff denim shorts or some gorgeous white pants. Finally, the Liza top is perfect for a summer night.  It's that delicious lightweight silk in a perfectly fitting top.  It looks demure at first, but if you check out the back, you'll see that it dips sexily in the back for an unexpected punch of flirtatiousness.  Pair it with a striped skirt and you're all set for a sweetly sexy ensemble.
