A new brand on our radar, and also featured on High Snobiety, is wings + horns. Why? Distinct fabrics like customized knits, wovens and tartans are found alongside textured wools and rich cottons. Their seasonal colorways are oxblood, camel and deep sea, which add depth and texture to every piece throughout the collection. Drawing inspiration from London’s modernist youth movement of the 1950′s, wings + horns stays true to their utilitarian touch. (more…)
It’s summer again in the Northern Hemisphere and as temperatures rise expect the clothes to begin peeling off. We have assembled some tips to adapt your style to the heat without resorting to a full monty. (more…)
With Spring Break upon us and Memorial Day and summer round the corner we were stoked to see some of our favorite gear amongst Selectism’s “10 Wet Short”. Onia‘s Calder Short and Lightning Bolt‘s boardshort were mentioned. If those don’t suffice we also have Sundek and Olasul as well. Pair any of these trunks with a great graphic t, tank, your favorite shades and Havaianas and you’re ready to jet to the beach or poolside.
The California classic board short is back with a vengeance and no matter what your favorite color is we’ve got you covered. Whether lying in the sun or riding the swells, no guy’s closet should be lacking these killer trunks. We offer an array of solids, plaids and patterns. We also offer the capsule collection from Neil Barrett and you can score his version in CAMO! Pair these sick board shorts with some Havaianas, Raybans and Burkman Bros bracelets and tanks and you’re good to go! Don’t just take our word for it T – The New York Times Style Magazine, Esquire and the LA Times concur.
The Riviera Club label was conceived by Joe Sadler, Derek Buse and Greg Ullery on a golf course. The collection is infused with an unmistakable aura of west coolness. This spring is no different and references Palm Springs, California. We can’t wait to rock the Mira Mar Crew for those chilly nights on the beach and the guys are on the money with their Mutu Stripe shirt and perfect shorts.

Sean Hotchkiss, better known as the voice of The GQ Eye is an aficionado of fashion knowledge. Here at SINGER22, we were fortunate enough to pick Sean’s brain about double-breasted blazers, the surf/baja movement, golf, and more. We really respect someone who can bring it. AND Sean surely can.
